Our theater is conveniently located just 5 minutes east of I-35 in central Austin at 2826 Real St (map).  When you rent our space you and your audience or class will benefit from our convenient parking lot as well.   We offer two spaces for rental possibilities:

Rent our Stage/Theater for your next performance, theater class, or lecture.  Our intimate space seats 78 adults in fixed movie theater seating and can accommodate 3 more rows if needed, bringing your possible audience number to 120.  When you rent our stage you will also enjoy the use of the lobby, spacious concessions counter, 2 dressing rooms and backstage bathroom as well as public restrooms.  Please see below for specifications.
